entities falsely claiming to represent our interests or holding purported “Asset Sale
Agreements” for purchasing our assets.
Please note that the only asset sale agreement entered by EDC Romfor was terminated
in December 2025. It is no longer in force or effect. EDC Romfor Limited has not
replaced, or re-entered into that asset sale agreement or entered in any other asset sale
agreement with any other party.
EDC Romfor Limited has not authorized any third-party brokers or buyers to resell our
assets at this time.
Parties are cautioned that any documents, invoices, agreements, or representations
purporting to originate from EDC Romfor Limited that have not been issued directly by
EDC Romfor management may be fraudulent. All official corporate transactions are
conducted exclusively through our verified headquarters.
